Dell intrested in OS X

Michael Dell shows interest in selling x86 PCs with OS X. What would this mean for the x86 PC market? What would this mean for Micro$oft?
I think Dell is a bit concerned with Apple’s move to x86. Apple can cut into Dell’s sales with their popular OS and edge in marketing. I doubt Dell will lose its position to Apple but it can lose a lot of $$ to Apple if they introduce a low cost x86. Check out the Fortune article.
